Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. I originally enquired for a Lapland experience but decided not to go ahead, Michelle was great and told me to get in touch in the future if I changed my mind. Six months later, I did! I wanted a family orientated experience including the usual trips and Santa experience. Michelle came back to me with three options in different locations and as she has done the trip herself she was able to guide me on all decisions and I wasn’t disappointed. The whole trip was amazing, including the hotel and additional excursions we booked. Michelle checked in with me before the holiday and made sure I was all set and again whilst we were away. She even messaged me when we were in Lapland to check we were happy with everything.

We had already had a cheaper quote from another agent. but once we had a chat with Michelle, she guided us to make the right choice for the authentic experience we wanted from this one once in a lifetime trip. We did not want a “theme park” experience, which the cheaper option would have given us
